Shoping owners rules:
1) If selling a penguin you must give prof that he is not banned
2) if selling a penguin you must have a screenshot of your penguin and the stuff he has
3) The maximum price of something has to be under 80 CP$ (this rule is in place to keep the money flowing)
4) Shop must be sutable for age group 6-18

1 help point = 5 CP$
2 help point = 10 CP$
3 help point = 15 CP$
4 help point = 20 CP$
5 help point = 25 CP$
6 help point = 30 CP$
7 help point = 35 CP$
8 help point = 40 CP$
9 help point = 45 CP$
10 help point = 50 CP$
11 help point = 55 CP$
12 help point = 60 CP$
13 help point = 65 CP$
14 help point = 70 CP$
15 help point = 75 CP$
16 help point = 80 CP$
17 help point = 85 CP$
18 help point = 90 CP$
19 help point = 95 CP$
20 help point = 100 CP$

Maximum help points trading is 20

Users/mods/admins can make a shop and sell stuff like penguins,custom ranks and things like that so thats what you buy with the money

Owner rules are for people that own shops thay have to follow them
