| First I would like to say sorry to Ninja Ace and Z Mine. But here is my true speech. Hello all command penguins here are some facts about me. I almost never lie. I am nice and forgiving. I am fun and random sometimes. As admin I will make CPP (Command Penguin Party's). I will also make new banners every two weeks. I will also will make more contests like posting contests. I will also make free penguin giveaways for my two months as admin. I will also help all members of this forum make banners and stuff. So can you please vote for me Guest.
